She is the director of Fashion Jobs India which provides a platform for job seekers in fashion. Masoom is also the CEO of Miss Style Fiesta which is an online fashion portal. She has a team of 7 people working in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

The girl resides in a family jeweler family. She has 2 more siblings, a younger brother Dhanraj Minawala and a sister Ruchi Kothari. She started dating a diamond merchant in London in 2012 named Shailin Mehta. Both of them dated each other for four years and tied knots in 2016
