The actor was born to father Dr. Satish Verma who is a professor and a renowned Punjabi writer and his mother is a housewife. He has one younger brother Sukhan Verma and elder married sister named Sherry Rana. He completed his education in Yadavindra Public School, Patiala. He moved to Sydney, Australia for further studies. Parmish further did Hotel Management course but dropped it and came back to Punjab for his Acting Career. Parmish is a gym freak and energized by Hollywood actor Vin Diesel. The singer has a tattoo addiction and has tattoos on his arm, chest, biceps, shoulders.

After gaining huge glory in the song thokda reha , he played leading role in film Rockey Mental in which he made his debut for the song Le Chakk Mai Aa Geya which people liked a lot and had 45 million views on Youtube. After that, his song named Gaal Ni Kadni was a big hit and was highly appreciated by everyone which crossed nearly 70 million views on Youtube for which he was honoured at PTC Punjabi Music Awards.

Parmish Verma Shot

On 13 April, 2018, Parmish and his friend Kulwant Singh Chahal had a promotional event held at Elante Mall in Industrial Area, Phase 1, Chandigarh. He was returning back to his house, a man fired six rounds at the Fortuner. He got shot on his leg and got injured. Chahal immediately starts driving away super fast and informed the SSP of that location. The SSP advised them to keep driving. The man slowed their bike and got away. Verma was immediately taken to Fortis Hospital, Mohali. The doctor said that they are out of danger.
